Frequently Asked Questions.

Everything you need to know about buying, financing, and placing your new tiny home.

What exactly is a Park Model RV?

A Park Model RV is a unique type of recreational vehicle designed to provide temporary accommodation for recreation, camping, or seasonal use. They are built on a single chassis, mounted on wheels, and have a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet in the setup mode. They are built to rigorous ANSI 119.5 safety standards.

Are appliances included in the base price?

Yes! The vast majority of our floor plans come standard with full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. Many models also feature washer/dryer hookups, and some even include the units themselves. Please refer to the specific model's feature list for exact details.

Do you offer financing for tiny homes?

Yes, we partner with specialized national lenders who understand the tiny home and park model market. Traditional mortgages usually do not apply, so we utilize specialized chattel loans and RV loans to get you the best rates.

How much of a down payment is required?

Down payments typically range from 5% to 20% depending on your credit profile and the specific lender's requirements. Our financing team will work with you to find a solution that fits your budget.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We have an extensive logistics network and can coordinate transport to the lower 48 states. We handle all the DOT permits, routing, and pilot cars required for oversized loads.

How do I need to prepare my land for delivery?

Prior to delivery, your land must be pre-developed. This means having a level base pad (compacted gravel or concrete slab) and ensuring that the delivery truck has a clear, unobstructed path (no low hanging branches, narrow gates, etc.). You will also need your utilities (water, electric, sewer) stubbed out and ready for connection by local contractors.

Where am I allowed to put my tiny home?

Zoning laws vary drastically by county, city, and municipality. Because our homes are built to ANSI 119.5 Park Model RV standards, they are typically allowed in RV parks, designated tiny home communities, and often on private rural land with no deed restrictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local zoning codes before purchasing.
